Front Range Research offers a wide array of historic preservation services. We have prepared more than 90 National Register nominations, including applications for 12 National Historic Landmarks, 10 Multiple Property Documentation Forms (MPDFs), 34 historic district nominations, and 36 individual property nominations. We are experienced in completing Colorado State Register of Historic Properties and City and County Denver Landmark applications for both historic districts and individual properties.
We have undertaken dozens of historic building surveys for urban areas, small towns, military installations, farms and ranches, parks, school districts, and transportation corridors. Front Range has prepared more than 10,000 intensive survey forms. We also provide reconnaissance and planning surveys, historic contexts, survey plans, interpretive panel narratives, walking tour composition, Historic American Building Survey/Historic American Engineering Record (HABS/HAER) and other documentation, completion of federal Investment Tax Credit forms (Part I), and other services.
